Garc\u00eda Carri\u00f3n. \u00c9labor\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de raisins 100 % Tempranillo (Tinta del Pa\u00eds), il est r\u00e9colt\u00e9 tardivement, \u00e0 la mi-octobre, pour garantir une teneur \u00e9lev\u00e9e en polyph\u00e9nols. Le vin mac\u00e8re pendant 25-30 jours et est \u00e9lev\u00e9 pendant 90 jours dans des f\u00fbts de ch\u00eane de diff\u00e9rentes origines.
