Produit unique au monde, notre huile d’olive Arbequina est fum\u00e9e \u00e0 froid selon un syst\u00e8me de production artisanal qui suit les contr\u00f4les et les protocoles de qualit\u00e9 les plus stricts. Avec l’aide de ma\u00eetres fumeurs, nous avons fait une s\u00e9lection de diff\u00e9rents bois \u00e9cologiques, avec une pr\u00e9dominance du ch\u00eane. Elle est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e dans un flacon de 250 ml, de couleur bleu turquoise et s\u00e9rigraphi\u00e9e en noir. <\/p>\n
Il s’agit de la premi\u00e8re et unique huile fum\u00e9e de Castillo de Canena, infus\u00e9e \u00e0 froid et \u00e9labor\u00e9e \u00e0 partir d’une combinaison de diff\u00e9rents bois \u00e9cologiques – principalement de la fum\u00e9e de ch\u00eane – et de son arbequino, selon un syst\u00e8me de production traditionnel avec l’aide de ma\u00eetres fumeurs.<\/p>\n
Son go\u00fbt \u00e9voque des ar\u00f4mes de pomme fra\u00eeche et d’amande, avec une touche chaude de caramel, de vanille et de toffee. Son ar\u00f4me fum\u00e9 est id\u00e9al pour une utilisation crue dans tous les types de plats de viande et de poisson, dans les vinaigrettes et les sauces. <\/p>\n
