Avec une base \u00e9th\u00e9r\u00e9e adoucie par des ar\u00f4mes de noix (noisette) et de l\u00e9gumes rappelant les herbes aromatiques et le tabac noir. Il pr\u00e9sente une entr\u00e9e en bouche agr\u00e9able et une acidit\u00e9 \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e ; son \u00e9volution est complexe et suggestive, avec une finale s\u00e8che et un long arri\u00e8re-go\u00fbt dans lequel reviennent les notes de fruits secs et de ch\u00eane.<\/p>\n
