Se trata de una mezcla \u00fanica de an\u00eds dulce y seco, elaborada artesanalmente con una receta muy bien guardada que se remonta a principios del siglo XX. Esta bebida, con una graduaci\u00f3n alcoh\u00f3lica de alrededor del 37,5 %, es un cl\u00e1sico cultural de la regi\u00f3n y se disfruta a menudo como acompa\u00f1amiento para el desayuno o en reuniones sociales, t\u00edpicamente maridada con especialidades locales como las tortas de Alcal\u00e1.
