S\u00e1balo Vino Blanco Ecol\u00f3gico de C\u00e1diz is a 75 cl organic white wine produced by Bodegas Barbadillo in Sanl\u00facar de Barrameda, C\u00e1diz, Spain. Made from 100% organic Palomino Fino grapes grown in the albariza soils of the region, it has the IGP Vino de la Tierra de C\u00e1diz appellation. <\/p>\n
This wine pays tribute to the winery’s commitment to sustainability and its nearly 200 years of history. It is named after the shad, which symbolizes the adventurous spirit of the region, influenced by the sea, the marshes and the Guadalquivir River.
