ALSUR ARTICHOKES 18/22 320g.

Alsur Artichoke Hearts 18/22 320 g are small tinned artichoke hearts, selected so that each jar contains between 18 and 22 pieces of uniform size, ideal for appetisers, side dishes and everyday or gourmet recipes. They come in a 320 g glass jar (190 g drained net weight), which allows the product to be clearly seen and conveys a sense of quality and care in their preparation.

These artichokes are packed in a mild brine, so they retain a tender yet firm texture and a delicate flavour, without any vinegars or sauces to mask the natural taste of the vegetable. They are very versatile: they can be eaten straight from the tin, chilled, with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper; sautéed with ham, garlic or pancetta; topped with cheese and baked au gratin; or added to rice dishes, pasta, pizzas, omelettes, warm salads or meat and fish dishes. Small size 18/22 It’s particularly handy for canapés, kebabs and beautifully presented dishes, as each artichoke heart is just the right size for a bite.

Alsur is an Andalusian brand specialising in tinned vegetables, which uses artichokes grown and processed under strict quality control, resulting in a product that is consistent, safe and of a very high standard all year round.
