Torres 20 Hors D’age 70 CL is a premium Spanish brandy produced by Bodegas Torres in the Pened\u00e8s region of Catalonia. It is made from select white wines, primarily from Parellada (a traditional Catalan variety) and Ugni Blanc grapes, using a double distillation process in traditional stills. <\/p>\n
This brandy is aged for at least 20 years in French Limousin oak barrels, using a static aging process: the first year in new barrels and the remainder in used barrels to balance the influence of the wood.<\/p>\n
It presents a noble dark amber color, with deep and warm aromas of dried fruits, raisins, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and subtle notes of wood and spices.<\/p>\n
On the palate, it is velvety, smooth and full-bodied, with a lingering, elegant finish that reflects its noble origins.<\/p>\n
It has 40% alcohol and comes in a 70 cl bottle. It is one of the most awarded brandies in the world, having been chosen several times as the best in competitions such as the International Wine & Spirit Competition. <\/p>\n
It is recommended to enjoy it neat, on the rocks, or in premium cocktails, and it pairs well with dark chocolate, nuts, or rich desserts.<\/p>\n
