Named in honor of “La Kika” (the mother of the founder Francisco Yuste, depicted on the label in an artistic and flamenco style), it represents the most complex and refined essence of the DO Manzanilla-Sanlúcar de Barrameda.

Made 100% from Palomino Fino grapes from vineyards on white albariza soil, it ages under a layer of flor yeast in farm and solera systems with 9 farms and an additional 2 years of static aging (bringing it closer to a manzanilla pasada), achieving a balance between biological freshness and greater oxidative depth.

It is an elegant, complex, and mineral manzanilla, with greater intensity and longevity than younger versions, considered one of the most distinctive and awarded from Sanlúcar (high scores such as 94 Peñín, 90+ Wine Enthusiast, and recognized in international competitions).

75 cl bottle (natural cork).

Color: Straw yellow with golden/orange or old gold highlights, bright and evolved.

Aromas and flavor: Intense nose with notes of chalk/mineral, toasted almonds, yeast, green apple, seaweed, iodine-like salinity, hints of nuts, and a floral/herbal background. On the palate, full-bodied, dry, saline but very fresh and light, with a firm, enveloping presence, lively acidity, and a long, persistent, mineral finish. Greater complexity and depth than standard manzanillas.

Alcohol content: 15% ABV

Residual sugar: 0 g/L (total dry).

Serving temperature: 6-8 °C (cold, in tasting glasses or a wide sherry glass).

Pairing: Excellent with raw or cooked seafood (prawns, shrimp, oysters), Iberian ham, fried fish, cured fish, mild aged cheeses, olives, Andalusian tapas, or fried dishes. Ideal as an aperitif or to pair with dishes featuring saltiness and umami.

Approximate nutritional information (per 100 ml, estimated):

Energy: ~70-80 kcal

Fats: 0 g

<Hydrates: 1 g (sugars 0 g)

Protein: 0 g

Salt: ~0.1-0.2 g (from natural salinity)

Low in calories, additive-free. It has excellent ratings (94 Peñín, 90+ in international guides, praised for its elegance, saltiness, and unique character) and is highly appreciated by fans of aged manzanillas.

Andalubox exports all Manzanillas with DO Sanlúcar de Barrameda to ALL OF EUROPE.

LA KIKA MANZANILLA SANLÚCAR 75 CL.
