El Clavel An\u00eds Dulce Cazalla de la Sierra 70 cl es un licor anisado tradicional y muy reconocido de la Destiler\u00eda El Clavel, ubicada en Cazalla de la Sierra (Sevilla, Espa\u00f1a). Esta marca se fund\u00f3 en 1896 y es una de las dos destiler\u00edas que a\u00fan permanecen activas en este pueblo famoso por sus anisados desde hace siglos.<\/p>\r\n
Se elabora artesanalmente mediante destilaci\u00f3n natural en alambiques antiguos (alquitaras), “gota a gota”, con un proceso que dura varios d\u00edas. Utiliza an\u00eds estrellado (matalah\u00faga), alcohol de alta calidad (a menudo de melaza), agua descalcificada de la sierra y az\u00facar para lograr su dulzor caracter\u00edstico. Incluye una f\u00f3rmula secreta transmitida generaciones conocida como “Esencia de los \u00c1ngeles”, que le da un bouquet \u00fanico con notas herbales y de monte.<\/p>\r\n

Es ideal como digestivo, aperitivo solo, con hielo, o mezclado con agua (produce la t\u00edpica “paloma” blanquecina o azulada al diluirse).
