It presents an intense ruby color with violet reflections and aromas of fresh red fruits (raspberry, strawberry), with milky and spicy touches. <\/p>\n<p>In the mouth it is round, fruity, with subtle notes of oak, which makes it a versatile and easy to drink wine. Perfect for appetizers, tapas, white meats, salads, rice or pasta. Fermentation lasts 9 to 10 days at controlled temperature (22-25 \u00b0C) to extract color and fruit aromas, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel.  <\/p>\n<p>The alcohol content is around 14-14.5%.<\/p>\n<p>They come from the 3,000-hectare Dehesa de Luna estate, which combines vineyards with Mediterranean forest and other crops, benefiting from a continental climate that enhances the complexity of the grapes.
