Nave Trinidad Manzanilla de Sanl\u00facar 75 CL ist ein gespriteter Wein, der von Bodegas Barbadillo in der D.O. Manzanilla-Sanl\u00facar de Barrameda hergestellt wird. Es handelt sich um einen Manzanilla en rama (ungefiltert) mit einer durchschnittlichen biologischen Reifung von etwa 4 Jahren unter Flor-Schleier in der Kellerei Trinidad de El Toro. Er wird aus 100% Palomino Fino-Trauben von Albariza-B\u00f6den hergestellt und soll eine Einf\u00fchrung in die hochwertige und zug\u00e4ngliche Manzanilla sein, die Frische mit der charakteristischen Komplexit\u00e4t des biologischen Ausbaus verbindet. <\/p>\n
Gastronomische Kombinationen: Ideal zu Meeresfr\u00fcchten, gebratenem Fisch, japanischer K\u00fcche und Vorspeisen. Empfohlene Serviertemperatur: 7-10 \u00b0C. <\/p>\n
Hintergrund: Benannt nach der Trinidad, einem der Schiffe der Magellan-Expedition von 1519, die von Sanl\u00facar de Barrameda aus segelte und an der ersten Weltumsegelung teilnahm.<\/p>\n
Hergestellt in einer neuen Solera aus 36 F\u00e4ssern in der Weinkellerei El Toro, die 1821 von Benigno Barbadillo gegr\u00fcndet wurde.
