Es wird nach einem handwerklichen Verfahren kalt ger\u00e4uchert, das den strengsten Qualit\u00e4tskontrollen und Protokollen folgt. Mit Hilfe von R\u00e4uchermeistern haben wir eine Auswahl verschiedener \u00f6kologischer H\u00f6lzer getroffen, wobei die Eiche dominiert. Es wird in einer 250ml-Flasche in T\u00fcrkisblau mit schwarzem Siebdruck geliefert. <\/p>\n
Es ist das erste und einzige R\u00e4ucher\u00f6l von Castillo de Canena, das kalt aufgegossen wird und aus einer Kombination verschiedener \u00f6kologischer H\u00f6lzer – vor allem Eichenholz – zusammen mit seinem Arbequino nach einem traditionellen Herstellungsverfahren mit Hilfe von R\u00e4uchermeistern hergestellt wird.<\/p>\n
