F\u00fcr die Herstellung dieses Cava wird der beste Grundwein der Sorten Macabeo, Xarel-lo und Parellada ausgew\u00e4hlt. Nach der Zugabe von Zucker und ausgew\u00e4hlten Hefen erfolgt die zweite G\u00e4rung in der Flasche nach der traditionellen Methode bei einer Temperatur, die nie h\u00f6her als 16\u00baC ist, um eine kleine und anhaltende Blase zu erhalten. Die Flaschen verbleiben in unseren Kellern in strikter Dunkelheit und Feuchtigkeit f\u00fcr mindestens 12 Monate. <\/p>\n
